1. 수집하는 정보

회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있는 서비스입니다.

• 이용자가 입력·저장하는 정보: 스크랩 링크 URL, 제목, 메모, 태그, 카테고리, 즐겨찾기 등 — 웹은 브라우저 localStorage, Android 앱은 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되며 운영자 서버로 전송·저장하지 않습니다.
• Pro 구매 정보: Google Play를 통한 일회성 Pro 구매 여부는 Google Play 및 앱·웹 기기 내부에서 처리됩니다. 신용카드 등 결제 정보는 개발자가 수집하지 않습니다.
• 웹 연동 코드: Android Pro 구매 후 발급되는 코드를 웹에 입력하면 해당 브라우저 localStorage에 Pro 활성화 상태가 저장됩니다.
• 자동 수집(호스팅): Netlify 등 호스팅 제공자의 접속 로그(IP, 브라우저 종류, 접속 시각 등)가 기술·보안 목적으로 생성될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이를 개인 스크랩 내용과 연결하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

• 스크랩·큐레이션 기능 제공
• Pro 기능(무제한 저장, 백업, 웹 연동) 제공
• 서비스 안정성·보안 유지, 문의 대응

3. 광고

본 서비스는 Google AdSense·AdMob 등 광고를 사용하지 않습니다. 광고 ID를 수집하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공

개인 스크랩 데이터를 제3자에게 판매·공유하지 않습니다. Pro 결제는 Google Play가 처리하며, Google의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

5. 보관 기간

localStorage·앱 내부 데이터는 이용자가 삭제하거나 「전체 데이터 삭제」를 실행할 때까지 기기·브라우저에 남습니다.

6. 이용자 권리

앱·웹 설정에서 데이터를 삭제하거나 JSON 백업(Pro)으로 내보낼 수 있습니다. 문의: cubelaon@gmail.com

7. 정책 변경

변경 시 본 페이지 및 앱 업데이트·스토어 설명을 통해 안내합니다.

1. Information We Handle

No account registration is required.

• Content you save: Links, titles, memos, tags, categories, favorites — stored only in your browser (web) or on your device (Android app). We do not upload your scrapbook to developer servers.
• Pro purchases: Processed by Google Play. Purchase status may be stored locally on your device. We do not collect payment card details.
• Web unlock code: After buying Pro on Android, you may enter a code on the web app to enable Pro in that browser's localStorage.
• Hosting logs: Our host (Netlify) may generate access logs (IP, browser, timestamp) for security. We do not link logs to your saved items.

2. Purpose

• Provide scrapbook and curation features
• Provide Pro features (unlimited saves, backup, web unlock)
• Maintain security and respond to inquiries

3. Advertising

We do not use Google AdSense, AdMob, or other ads. We do not collect advertising IDs.

4. Third Parties

We do not sell or share your scrapbook data. Pro payments are handled by Google Play under Google's privacy policy.

5. Retention

Data remains on your device or browser until you delete it or use "Delete all data" in the app or web settings.

6. Your Rights

You may delete data in settings or export a JSON backup (Pro). Contact: cubelaon@gmail.com

7. Changes

We will post updates on this page and through app or store listings when material.
